If you plan to arrive after 6:00 pm, we kindly ask you to inform us briefly in advance.

Check-out for hotel rooms is until 11:00 am, and until 10:00 am for the holiday house.
Is late check-out possible?
Yes, we offer a wellness late check-out for €15.00 per person, allowing you to use the wellness area until 5:00 pm after checking out of your room.
What is the best way to reach the Alpine Resort Goies?
The best way to reach the Alpine Resort Goies is by car, by train to Landeck and then by scheduled bus, or by plane to Innsbruck.
Is there free parking at the hotel?
Yes, there are free outdoor parking spaces as well as a paid underground garage.
Is there a garage at the hotel?
You are welcome to park your car in our underground garage for a fee: Winter €12.00 per day, summer €7.00 per day.
Are there electric vehicle charging stations at the hotel?
Yes, you can charge your electric or hybrid car with us. Two charging stations are available in the underground garage (for a fee, depending on consumption).
Is there a transfer from Landeck to the hotel?
Yes, we are happy to organise a transfer from Landeck railway station to the Alpine Resort Goies for a fee. Please contact us in advance.
Is there a bike storage room?
Yes, there is a bike room for mountain bikes and e-bikes, as well as a washing area and a bike information corner.
Are there facilities for charging e-bikes?
There are also sufficient sockets in the new bike room to charge your e-bike.
Is there a ski storage room with a ski boot dryer?
Yes, there is a functional ski room with a ski locker for each room.
What types of rooms are available at the Alpine Resort Goies?
The Alpine Resort Goies offers various rooms and suites: Single Room Comfort, Double Room Nature, Comfort Room, Rose Room, Swiss Pine Room, Double Room Deluxe, Suite 117, Superior Suite, Romantic Garden Suite, Chalet Suite, Luxury Chalet Suite, Superior Suite with Sauna, Wellness Suite, Penthouse Suite, as well as the Goies Holiday House.
How large are the rooms and suites?
The single room is 24 m², the double rooms range from 25 m² to 35 m², and the suites from 40 m² to 80 m². The Goies Holiday House runs over 120 m².
Do the rooms & suites have a balcony?
Yes, all rooms and suites have a balcony or terrace.
How are the rooms & suites equipped?
The rooms and suites feature a double bed, flat-screen TV, safe, telephone, bathroom with shower and WC, some with bathtub, hairdryer, terrace or balcony, wooden or carpeted flooring, and in some cases a minibar.
How is the holiday house equipped?
The Goies Holiday House is located directly next to the Alpine Resort Goies, accommodates four to ten people and features four double rooms, one twin room, a living room “Tiroler Stube” with a cosy tiled stove and TV, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and oven, a beautiful sun terrace with open fireplace, as well as two bathrooms with shower/WC.
Are there rooms with connecting doors?
No, there are no connecting rooms at the Alpine Resort Goies; however, we are happy to consider your request for adjacent rooms.
Are the rooms and suites air-conditioned?
No, thanks to our alpine location, the rooms and suites at the Alpine Resort Goies are not air-conditioned.
Are dogs or pets allowed in the hotel?
Yes, you are welcome to bring your dog on request for a surcharge of €30.00 per day (excluding food). We kindly ask for your understanding that your four-legged companion is not permitted in the dining areas or the wellness area. In some cases, we reserve the right to charge a final cleaning fee.
Is the hotel suitable for couples?
Yes, the Alpine Resort Goies is ideal for a romantic escape for two or an unforgettable honeymoon, with a clear focus on peace, privacy and relaxation. To make your stay even more special, we are delighted to offer romantic touches such as a welcome surprise, a deluxe in-room breakfast, a romantic bath for two or even a carefully prepared picnic.
Is the hotel also suitable for families with children?
Families with children aged 7 and over are warmly welcomed. Enjoy precious family wellness time, a dedicated playroom for children, attractive discounts and unforgettable days in the Tirol family region.
Is there Wi-Fi in the rooms and throughout the hotel?
Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available in all rooms and throughout the hotel.
Are there accessible rooms available?
We offer selected barrier-free rooms with walk-in showers. Most main areas of the hotel are easily accessible by lift; however, please note that areas such as the indoor pool, SkySpa and Skypool can only be reached via steps.
What meals are included in the price?
Depending on your booking, either breakfast or the Goies indulgence half board is included.
What time is breakfast served?
Start your day with our regional breakfast buffet, served from 7:30 am in winter and from 8:00 am in summer until 10:30 am.
Is it possible to have breakfast on the day of arrival?
If you wish, you can also enjoy the breakfast buffet on your day of arrival for an additional €18.00 per person. We kindly ask you to book in advance.
At what times is dinner served?
In the evening, our indulgence menu with a choice of three options is served from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm.
Are there vegetarian options?
Yes, a selection of vegetarian dishes is available.
Are there vegan options?
At present, vegan dishes are not offered at the Alpine Resort Goies.
Are there special menus for people with allergies?
We are happy to take allergies and intolerances into consideration.
Can external guests eat in the restaurant?
External guests are welcome to reserve a table in our restaurant, subject to availability. The price is €58.00 per person; advance booking is requested.
Is there a bar in the hotel?
The hotel bar is open daily from 10:00 am to 12:00 am.

The Alpine Resort Goies features three wellness areas across 2,000 m² with 3 different saunas: Alpine Spa, Zirben Spa and Panorama Sky Spa.

Is there a pool?
Yes, there is a light-filled indoor pool in the Alpine Spa measuring 12 x 6 m, with counter-current system, whirlpool loungers and massage jets, as well as a sky infinity pool with rooftop terrace in the Panorama Sky Spa.
Is there a lawn for sunbathing?
Yes, in summer there is a sunbathing lawn with unique panoramic views, including sun loungers and parasols.
Is there a relaxation area?
Yes, there are several relaxation areas in all three wellness areas, as well as outdoor quiet zones.
Are massage and beauty treatments available?
Yes, we offer a range of massage and beauty treatments as well as indulgence packages. We recommend booking your preferred times before arrival.
Are bathrobes, slippers and sauna towels provided in the room?
Yes, a wellness bag with cosy bathrobes and fine terry towels is provided in your room.
Is there a private spa?
No, there is no private spa area at the Alpine Resort Goies; however, a range of additional services can be booked, such as a romantic bath for two.
Can guests of the holiday house use the wellness areas?
Yes, guests of the holiday house can book access to the wellness area at the Alpine Resort Goies on request.
Is a day spa open to external guests?
Yes, a day spa for external guests is available subject to availability and hotel occupancy. The price is €39.00 per person for day spa and €49.00 per person including afternoon snack. We kindly ask you to book in advance.
Does the hotel offer fitness facilities?
Yes, there is a fitness room with modern Technogym equipment and a varied activity programme; personal training is also available.
From what age are children allowed?
The Alpine Resort Goies welcomes children from the age of 7.
What leisure facilities are available for children at the Alpine Resort Goies?
We offer a playroom for children and teenagers with iWall, air hockey and table football.
What leisure facilities are available for children in Ladis and the surrounding area?
The Tirol family region Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis offers numerous themed and hiking trails, lakes and water worlds, playgrounds and bike parks.
From what age do children pay?
Children from the age of 7 are subject to a charge. Prices vary depending on the season.
Are children allowed to use the pool?
Yes, families with children have access to the indoor pool, which is open all day, as well as a Finnish outdoor sauna.

Are there family rooms?
Yes, we offer rooms and suites for up to four people, as well as the Goies Holiday House for up to ten people.
Are there child-friendly dishes available in the restaurant?
Yes, children are welcome to choose from the regular menu. Depending on occupancy and the number of children in the hotel, a special children’s menu may also be offered.
Is there a complimentary guest card available on site?
Yes, in summer from mid-June to mid-October you receive the Super. Sommer. Card., which allows you to use all mountain lifts in Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis as well as the hiking buses. This is listed separately in the offer (€7.50 per adult/day and €5.00 per child/day).
What leisure activities are there in summer?
In summer, the Alpine Resort Goies offers an extensive activity programme with guided hikes, personal tour advice, hiking equipment hire and daily tips. The Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis hiking region also offers beautiful hiking routes, varied cycling tours, traditional mountain huts, Nordic walking trails and a wide range of events.
What leisure activities are there in winter?
In winter, the Alpine Resort Goies offers an extensive activity programme, hire of hiking backpacks and poles, personal tour advice and maps. The Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis ski area features 214 km of slopes, 30 km of cross-country trails, snowboard, funsport and freeride areas, as well as winter hiking paths.
Is there a bicycle rental near the hotel?
Yes, in Ladis, Fiss and Serfaus you will find numerous sports shops where you can hire suitable bicycles and e-bikes.
Is there a ski hire near the hotel?
Yes, there is a sports shop with ski hire directly next to the hotel.
How far away is the nearest mountain lift?
The Sonnenbahn gondola lift to the renowned hiking area of Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis is just 80 metres from the hotel.

Is there a ski school near the Alpine Resort Goies?
Yes, the Skischule Fiss-Ladis is located nearby and also has an office directly in Ladis.
What services are included in the price when booking hotel rooms?
Depending on your booking, the price includes either breakfast or the Goies indulgence half board with breakfast buffet, afternoon snack and 3-course evening menu, as well as Wi-Fi, parking, use of the wellness areas, fitness room, varied activity programme and bike and ski room.
What is the hotel’s cancellation policy?
Different cancellation conditions apply at the Alpine Resort Goies depending on the season. In the event of cancellation, we kindly ask you to contact us. Cancellations can only be accepted in writing.
How much is the local tax?
The local tax of €3.70 per day is not included in the price and will be charged separately on site.
What payment methods are accepted?
You can pay on site in cash or by debit card and credit card (Mastercard or Visa).
Does the hotel offer travel cancellation insurance?
No, the Alpine Resort Goies does not offer travel cancellation insurance. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance with Europäische Reiseversicherung.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, a deposit of approximately 30% of the total price is required within 10 days of booking. The exact amount will be stated in your booking confirmation.
Can arrangements, cakes or flowers be organised for special occasions?
Yes, we are happy to organise arrangements, cakes or flowers for special occasions and surprises. Take a look at our bookable additional services.
Are anti-allergy pillows or non-feather bedding available?
Yes, on request we can provide anti-allergenic pillows and bedding without down.
Is there a laundry service?
